CEL - The School

Founded almost 20 years ago, the Center of English Language (CEL) offers intensive programs in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) to international students, businessmen, businesswomen and visitors to the United States.

CEL - The Campus

Located in North Dallas, the CEL campus is 10 miles north of downtown Dallas and 30 minutes from DFW International Airport.  Dallas is the eighth largest city in the United States;  the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex population exceeds 3-1/2 million people.

The CEL student body is truly international.  In 1998 alone nearly 1,000 students enrolled in CEL's intensive English Language Program.
