2. Print and complete the CEL Application.
3. Mail all required documents and the registration fee to CEL.

Applying for the Homestay Program

1. Print, read and follow the instructions on the CEL Homestay Program page.
2. Print and complete the CEL Homestay Application.
3. Mail the application and the application fee to CEL.
